You can find these and more games (adventure, maze, puzzles, etc) in Mr. Ferrell website.

Also remember the fab games in American Girl, Poptropica, Dots and Diamond , EdulandPenguin Club and The Moms and Kids Playground. You surely don’t want to miss them ;-) !

And now, my best wishes for you all: a happy Christmas time and a fantastic 2012.

Featured this week (belated): I agree with…

I agree with… is an expression used to show that you think the same as another person and it means “Estoy de acuerdo con…”,  ”estic d’acord amb…”. Usage example:

JOHN: Santa Cruz longboards rock!

PHIL: I agree with you. I love how fast they go!

More paper snowflakes

Are you enjoying the paper snowflakes you’re making in class to decorate your Christmas cards? Well, now you can easily learn how to create new ones in this blog Be careful and don’t run with scissors :-) !

Are you feeling lucky today?

Featured this week: Sorry I’m late

Sorry I’m late means “siento llegar tarde”,  ”lamento fer tard”. You use it to apologize for not being on time. For example:

JOHN: There you come at least! I’ve been here for ten minutes now :-s!

PHIL: Errr, sorry I’m late, guy!

Caroling | 4th | Singing all together

Singing all together, singing just for joy,
singing all together, every girl and boy.
Everybody singing a song, everybody singing a song,
Everybody sing all day long, everybody sing all day long.

Caroling | 5th | I’d like to teach the world to sing

I’d like to build the world a home
and furnish it with love
grow apple trees and honey bees
and snow white turtle doves

I’d like to teach the world to sing
in perfect harmony
I’d like to hold it in my hand
and keep it company

I’d like to see the world for once
all standing hand in hand
and hear them echo through the hills
for peace throughout the land
(that’s the song I hear
that the world sing today)

I’d like to teach the world to sing
in perfect harmony

I’d like to build the world a home
and furnish it with love
grow apple trees and honey bees
and snow white turtle doves

I’d like to teach the world to sing
in perfect harmony
I’d like to hold it in my arms
and keep it company
(that’s the song I hear
that the world sing today
singing along…)

Caroling | 3rd | I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus

I saw Mommy kissing Santa Claus
Underneath the mistletoe last night.
She didn’t see me creep
down the stairs to have a peep;
She thought that I was tucked
up in my bedroom fast asleep.
Then, I saw Mommy tickle Santa Claus
Underneath his beard so snowy white;
Oh, what a laugh it would have been
If Daddy had only seen
Mommy kissing Santa Claus last night.

Caroling | 6th | Can you hear me?

I look around me as I grow,
I’d like to tell you all I know.
I see life with all its energy,
The city streets, the rush of time.

This is my world, this is where I like to be,
So much to see, so much to find.
I sometimes sit and wait a while.
I see the sun, it makes me smile.

Can you see it? Can you see it? Can you see it too?
Can you see it? Can you see it? Can you see it too?

I feel life with all its energy,
The joy of waking ev’ry day.
This is my world, it’s where I like to be,
So much to do, so much to say.
I sometimes sit and feel the sun,
Its warmth is there for everyone.

Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it too?
Can you feel it? Can you feel it? Can you feel it too?

My world’s a silent one, but it’s enough for me,
I hear you through the hands, the movement sets me free,
It could be a special thing to hear your voice, to hear you sing.

Can you hear me? Can you hear me? Can you hear me too?
Can you hear me? Can you hear me? Can you hear me too?

I look around me as I grow, I’d like to tell you all I know.

Can you hear me?
