A new sing-along: How can you mend a broken heart?

One of the bands I’ve loved forever were the Bee Gees. Their music was part of my teen years and each of their songs has a place in my heart and are real keepsakes. This afternoon one of the songs I like best suddenly started playing in my mind and I thought I’d just share so that you can sing along and enjoy the beautiful melody and lyrics of this one. Hope you like it!

I could never see tomorrow, but I was never told about the sorrow.

And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend a this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again.

I can still feel the breeze that rustles through the trees
And misty memories of days gone by
We could never see tomorrow, noone said a word about the sorrow.

And how can you mend a broken heart?
How can you stop the rain from falling down?
How can you stop the sun from shining?
What makes the world go round?
How can you mend this broken man?
How can a loser ever win?
Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again.

<3 So long, Robin Gibb <3

My personal tribute to The Bee Gees, biggest among peers: rest in peace, Robin, and thank you for so many wonderful songs. Your music remains an unforgettable part of my youth and will be in my heart forever.

Love,
